When to add comment or description to a checklist question
Add a comment if you need to give extra details or context to your answer.
Use it to explain your observation or concern in Center/Room.

Once you find the checklist you want to complete and clicked the Start button, the tabs and list of questions will appear.
You can add a comment or description to any questions (if needed) by clicking the small bubble icon on the left side of each question and the "Comment" section will appear.
