Fixed:
Group Photo (the Gallery photo option at the end of each group of checklist) is now in correct working order
The issue where tickets created from checklist questions couldn't be submitted is now fixed
Help Images now display correctly when opened on the web portal
H&S Incidents

Severity and Type of Injuries default fields are now set to Mandatory as expected
General Settings
Fixed:
Center/Room Logos can now be uploaded as usual
'Complete Checklist' permission via profile page can now be updated correctly
'Select All' checkbox for 'Complete Checklist' permission on the Profile is now working correctly:
