What you will see
When you open Home, you land on the Overview tab. It opens with a greeting and a Needs your attention section: one card each for Checklists, Tickets, Incidents, Hazards, Centre Documents, People Documents, Policies and Procedures. Red dots flag items that need action, and green dots mean all clear. Select a card to jump straight to the matching list.
The Overview tab, with the Home tabs across the top and the settings cog on the right.
Below the cards, Quick actions let you start a new checklist, incident, ticket or hazard, or open the matching register.
The tabs across the top (Overview, Checklists, Tickets, Incidents, Hazards, Documents, Policies & Procedures) each open a deeper view with their own summary and charts.
The Checklists tab shows To Do, Created and Overdue counts plus charts.
Filter what you see
Every section has filters at the top: Centre, Centre Alias and Date range. Some tabs add filters of their own, such as Checklist Template on Checklists, and Category Type, Priority and Status on Tickets.
The date range starts on a recent period. To show all data, select the calendar icon beside Date range and choose Clear. Use Save to apply a new range.
Choose what you see with the cog
The cog icon (Dashboard settings) sits at the right-hand end of the tab row. What it offers depends on the tab you are on.
On the Overview tab: manage your cards
Select the cog.
Under Overview cards, select a heading such as Checklists to expand it.
Use the toggles to switch things on or off. Show card hides or shows the whole card, and the other toggles control individual figures, such as To Do, Created and Overdue for Checklists.
On the Overview tab, the cog manages the cards, here with Checklists expanded.
Heads up: hiding a figure also removes it from the card total. For example, with Overdue switched off, the Checklists card dropped from 123 to 0, because the overdue items were the only ones counted. Switch a toggle back on at any time to restore it.
The same panel covers Tickets, Incidents, Centre Documents, People Documents, Policies, Procedures and Hazards.
On a module tab: choose your charts
On tabs such as Checklists, Tickets and Hazards, the cog opens Cards & charts, with a toggle for each chart on that tab. For Checklists these are Completion status (bar and pie), Upcoming by due date, Completion rate, Completed by week, Average score by template, Completion by centre, Completion by room and Upcoming schedules. Switch off the charts you don't need.
On a module tab, the cog lists the charts you can show or hide.
Favourite the charts you use most
Every chart on the module tabs has a star in its top-right corner. Select it to add that chart to a Favourites section on the Overview tab, so the charts you rely on sit alongside your summary cards. Select the star again to remove it.
A starred chart appears under Favourites on the Overview page.
Export your checklist data to Excel
On the Checklists tab, select Export in the blue Checklists header. A Create Report dialog opens where you choose what goes into the Excel report:
Records to include: tick Created and/or Overdue. Each shows how many records it will export.
Columns: Status, Due Date, Created Date, Template Name, Creator, Centre, Room and % Score.
The report uses the filters currently applied (Centre, Centre Alias, Checklist Template and Date range) and is generated in the background. The dialog shows the date range it will use, such as all time when the date range is cleared. Select Create Report to generate it, or Cancel to close the dialog. Select Register beside Export to open the full checklist register instead.
Export opens the Create Report dialog, where you choose records and columns for the Excel report.
Zoom into busy charts
Charts with a lot of data can be hard to read at card size, with crowded labels and long time ranges squeezed together. Charts that support it have a View larger icon next to the star in the top-right corner. Select it to open the chart in a larger window. Select the X to close it. The full-screen icon beside the X makes the window bigger still.
Here are two examples from the Incidents tab.
Example 1: Incidents by Type Of Injury
At card size, only some of the injury types have a readable label. Select View larger and every injury type is shown with its own label, so you can compare the common ones with the rare ones.
At card size, the Type Of Injury chart has to skip labels. The View larger icon sits beside the star.
In the larger view, every injury type is labelled.
Example 2: Total number of Incidents per week
This chart can cover many years of weekly counts, which is too much to read at card size. Open it with View larger and it zooms in on the most recent weeks. Then:
Hover over a point to see the week and the number of incidents, for example 2026 Week19: 22.
Drag the handles on the slider beneath the chart to zoom in or out on a period.
Drag the slider along to move back through earlier weeks.
The larger view opens on the most recent weeks, with a hover tooltip and a zoom slider along the bottom.
Tip: the amount of data shown depends on your filters. Clear the Date range (calendar icon → Clear) to include all history, or set a range to focus on a particular period.
See everything on one page
If you prefer to scroll rather than switch tabs, turn on Single page view. It is the last option in the settings panel, under Page display.
Open Dashboard settings (the cog).
Scroll to the bottom of the panel and turn on Single page view.
The Overview page then lists the Checklists, Tickets, Incidents and other sections one after another, and the settings panel changes to Cards & charts. It lists every chart for each area (for Checklists: Completion status bar and pie, Upcoming by due date, Completion rate, Completed by week, Average score by template, Completion by centre, Completion by room and Upcoming schedules), so you can show or hide individual charts too.
In Single page view the panel lists every card and chart, with the Single page view toggle at the bottom.
Turn the toggle off to return to separate tabs.
