This article explains how to create new Tags, as well as how they are used within 1Place.

Tags are a useful tool when creating new Dashboards as they enable the user to have related Summary, Checklist Action and Checklist Group Metrics Dashboards.

To add a new or edit an existing tag click the Settings tab, and then click the ‘My Tags’ button.

On the main 'My Tags' screen click the green '+New Tag' button to start creating a brand new tag.

You will be taken to a page where you can add a name for your tag, a description for your tag, as well as the profiles which have access to this tag.

Click the green ‘Add Tag’ button to finish creating your tag.

Example:

When creating a new Summary Dashboard you will find your created tags in the ‘Tags’ section. When you select your tag, this tag will be added to the Dashboard once you have saved the filter.
