The dashboard provides a top-level view which allows the user to view important information within the app, as well as allows quick access to main functions within the app.
To ensure you are in the Dashboard, click the three white lines at the top of the screen, and click Dashboard. You can also tell if you are in the dashboard area because the page title in the top bar will display 'Dashboard'.
Below the top bar, you will see the name of your organization as well as quick links to the Site List & Franchisee List (if your 1Place instance has been configured as a two-layer setup) as well as links to the Drafts and Favourites pages.
Below the quick links section, you will notice that the page has two tabs for Checklists and Tickets. These tabs will display, respectively, scheduled checklists and tickets assigned to you ('My Tickets').
Checklists Tab:
Each tab has a different type of checklist: Checklist Due Today, Checklists Completed Today, Checklists Due This Week and Checklists Overdue. To see those respective checklists click on the respective tab. You will be able to start and complete these checklists from here
The completed checklists search button at the top takes you to a search where you can search for and see all of the completed checklists that you have access to.
My Tickets Tab:
Clicking the 'My Tickets' tab on the dashboard will allow you to start and edit tickets.
The All Tickets search button at the top right of the screen will take you to another page where you can search for any tickets from any sites that you can see, provided you have access to this feature in your profile.
Plus Button:
You will notice a pink plus button on the bottom right of your screen. This button allows the user to quickly create a new checklist, ticket, note or incident. These will be explained in their respective articles.
