The “Home” page gives user an overview of all the important information in the app. It also provides quick access to the main features that can be used regularly.
When you open the web app, it will automatically take you to the Home page.
Just below the top bar, you'll find the following information/Quick Links
Your organization’s name
Drafts - (if there's any) Checklists that started but haven’t finished
Favorites – (if there's any) Checklist that you chose to save as a favorite (by ticking “Keep in Favorites?” when submitting).
Below these sections, you’ll notice the following three (3) tabs:
Checklists Tab
In the Checklists tab, you'll find your checklists grouped into categories that will help you stay on track:
Checklists To Do – Checklists that need to be done today
Checklists Completed Today – checklists you've already finished today
Overdue – Checklists that are past their due date
Click these sections to view and manage your checklists. You will be able to start and complete these checklists from here.
At the top, there’s a Completed button. Click this if you want to view all completed checklists that you have permission to view.
Tickets Tab:
This tab displays all the tickets assigned to you.
Clicking the Tickets tab allows you to view, start, and update tickets.
At the top, you’ll see an All Tickets search button, click it to search through all tickets you're allowed to view.
Incidents Tab
In this tab, you can view all incident reports submitted to your Center.
Incidents are grouped by their current status:
Unsigned Incident - Tickets that still need to be reviewed and signed.
Other Incidents
Clicking the "Incidents tab" lets you view, start, or update an incident report as needed.
At the top, there’s an All Incidents search button, you can use it to find any incident reports within your Center that you have access to.
Plus Button:
You will notice a pink plus button on the bottom right of your screen.
This button allows the user to quickly create a new checklist, ticket, note or incident. These will be explained in their respective articles.
