Checklists (App)

This article explains how to do Checklists, as well as other functions regarding Checklists within the 1Place App.

Checklists are completed by filling out the questions that are displayed.
There are different types of questions, all designed to help you collect the right information efficiently.

Two ways to start the checklist:

  1. Access the checklist from "Home" page.

    1. In "Home" page, click the Checklists tab. In this tab, you’ll see the following:

      • Checklists To Do – checklists that still need to be done

      • Checklists Completed Today – checklists you've already finished today.

      • Overdue Checklists – Checklists that are past their due date

  2. Access the checklist from the Center/Room

    1. Click three lines (☰) at the top of the screen

    2. Click Centers or Rooms

    3. Click the specific Center or Room name

    4. Once clicked, it will take you in the Checklists tab wherein you'll find your checklists grouped into categories that will help you stay on track:

      • Checklists To Do – checklists that still need to be done

      • Checklists Completed Today – checklists you've already finished today.

      • Overdue Checklists – Checklists that are past their due date

Starting/Creating a Checklist

  1. Once you find the checklist you want to complete, tap the grey ‘Start’ button next to it.

    A list of questions will appear—just work through them one by one.

    You can also add a photo or a comment to any question if needed. Just click the icons on the left side of each question.

    1. Add Photo - click the camera icon.

      You can take a photo using your camera, or upload photo saved on your device.

    2. Add Comment - click the bubble icon

    3. Add Video - click the video icon.

      You can record a video using your camera or upload video saved on your device.

  2. Checklists are often grouped into sections, which you'll see as tabs across the top of your screen.

  3. To move through each section, tap the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page.

No need to worry about saving your checklist – the app saves everything for you as you go. If you close the app or it crashes, most (if not all) of your info will still be there.

At the top of your screen, you’ll notice - ‘Saving’ or ‘All Changes Saved’ – that’s how you know your work is being backed up in real time.

Submitting your Checklist

  1. When you're finished, click the ‘Submit’ button at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. A pop-up will appear with the option to add the checklist to your Favorites. This makes it easier to find again later and helpful if you think you might need to add more info later on.

  3. Click "Submit".

    After submitting, there will be confirmation pop-out. You also have two options:

    • Continue Editing – if you still have changes to make.

    • Go to Dashboard – if you're fully done.

Tip: If your checklist is fully complete, please click ‘Go To Dashboard’ to ensure it get saved the system.

You can also send a PDF copy of your Checklist via email and edit the email and recipients before sending. This can be sent to any email address, or we can set it up to pre-populate with specific addresses.

Finding a Completed Checklist

To search for a checklist you've finished:

  1. Go to Home page then click Checklist in the tab.

  2. Click “Completed".

    From here, you can:

    • Search by center or room, or

    • Leave it blank and press Search to see everything.

Each completed checklist shows a summary.
You can:

  • Click the checklist name to open it, or

  • Click the PDF box to automatically download and view the full report in your browser.

Once submitted, your checklist will appear in the following categories:

  • Completed Checklists

  • Checklists Completed Today
