However, to protect against fraud, any payment method that belongs to someone else requires a quick video verification before it can be fully authorized for regular use.
How Video Verification Works
To complete the verification process, you must submit one continuous, unedited video containing:
The Cardholder’s Face & ID: The person who owns the card holding their government-issued ID right next to their face.
The Payment Card: The physical card added to the account showing the card details.
Any additional verification details requested by our team.
Once our team reviews and approves your submission, you'll be set to continue using that card on your account.
