HR Integrations: Relink Error

Sometimes, a relink error can occur with your integration if Snappy's attempt at pulling data was unsuccessful. To resolve this, a Dashboard Owner must relink their HRIS with Snappy. Follow the steps below to relink your HRIS. πŸš€

1️⃣ All Accounts view

Navigate to the Integrations tab β†’ All Accounts


2️⃣ Select "Relink"

Within your HR tile β†’ select the 3 dots icon β†’ Relink

3️⃣ Enter your HR credentials

Select "Fix integration" and enter your HR credentials to relink your HR software with Snappy.

4️⃣ All done!

Once everything is all set, please wait a few minutes to refresh your webpage. The "relink" error should disappear and your system should be connected.
