1. Overview

The Print Receipt feature allows you to print receipts using any printer connected to your computer. You can select the target printer through the standard Print dialog. The print width is adjustable from 520 mm to 720 mm. Using a standard receipt printer (such as those found in retail stores) is recommended for optimal results.

2. Accessing the Print Receipt Feature

You can find the Print Receipt option in the three-dot menu on the right side of the job line in the following UI sections:

  • Activity > Me

  • Activity > Printers

  • Activity > Organization (only available to Organization Admins)

  • Printers > Printer > Printed Jobs

3. Conditions for Printing a Receipt

A user will be able to print a receipt if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • The user owns the job (i.e., they created the job).

  • The user has "Can print" or "Can print (Custom)" access rights to the printer used for the job or owns the printer.

  • The job is in one of the following statuses:

    • In-Progress ("Printing")

    • In-Queue

    • Paused

    • Finished

By meeting these conditions, users can efficiently print receipts for their jobs through the 3DPrinterOS system.
