How to connect a Creality 3V3 KE, K1 Max, K2 Pro/Plus to 3DPrinterOS
The camera and CFS module are currently not supported on the K2 Pro/Plus. We are working on adding this integration.
Firmware Update
Update the Firmware to version 1.3.2.1 or later.
Click upgrade, wait for the upgrade to complete, and the printer will automatically restart after the upgrade is finished.
Click on Settings > Self-Check > check Input Shaping and Bed Leveling, and click Start Detection.
2. Enable Root
If root access is required, you must agree to the disclaimer; otherwise, the machine will not enable SSH services.
Root access may lead to malfunctions in machine-related functions; please use it with caution.
After rooting, K1 Max supports rolling back to version V1.3.1.19.
3. After rooting
Open your terminal and enter the following command:
ssh root@<printer-ip>
When prompted, enter the default password:
K1 Max, 3v3 KE:
creality_2023
K2 Pro/Plus:
creality_2024
Once connected to the printer, run these commands:
K1 Max, 3v3 KE:
cd /usr/data
K2 Pro/Plus:
cd /mnt/UDISK
K1 Max, 3v3 KE, and K2:
python3 -c "import urllib.request; urllib.request.urlretrieve('https://builds.3dprinteros.com/install-3dprinteros.sh', 'install-3dprinteros.sh')" && sh install-3dprinteros.shThe setup will prompt:
K1 Max, 3v3 KE:

K2 Pro/Plus:
