If you have enough accounts you can follow the Managing Users and Technicians.

However, if you do not have more remaining accounts you will need to upgrade your billing.

Only the contractor owner can do these actions.

In Settings, click on "Billings".

You can adjust the number of active users you wish to pay for on this page.

You can also upgrade your account to access additional functionality. For addons, please contact support.

We offer a discounted rate for annual subscriptions. If you adjust the number of users mid-billing cycle, your charges or credits will be prorated based on your billing anchor.

Example: If you pay monthly on the first of each month, and you currently have 5 users, adding another user on the 15th means you'll pay approximately half the full monthly price for that additional user, covering the remaining half of the month.
