xtraCHEF offers a suite of automated financial and operational management tools make it easy for any operator to better control food costs and maximize margins.

NOTE: At this time 5-Out does not integrate with xtraCHEF via API, but we do offer an upload option to make it easy to get your xtraCHEF data into 5-Out.

How to export xtraCHEF invoice data

  1. Login to your xtraCHEF account

  2. Navigate to "Reports" on the left-hand menu

  3. Select the “Invoice Summary by GL” report

  4. Select the appropriate location and date range

  5. Click "Generate Report"

  6. Click "Export CSV" and select the "Detailed Report (Sortable)" option

  7. Save the CSV file to your computer

How to upload xtraCHEF invoice data to 5-Out (single location)

  1. Select PURCHASES on the lefthand menu.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you see the the "Purchases" header

  3. Click "+ PURCHASES XTRACHEF" and upload your CSV

How to upload xtraCHEF invoice data to 5-Out (multi-location)

  1. Send your exported CSV from extraCHEF to support@5out.io so we can upload and map your locations only the first time you need to upload data:

  2. Follow the single location instructions for all subsequent uploads
