🔬Performance Center | How do I see how all of my group's locations are doing in one view?

The Performance Center is an enterprise dashboard that serves as a one stop shop to review all key performance metrics for one, some, or all of your locations.

How do I navigate the Performance Center Screen?

  1. Navigate to the Performance Center by clicking the grid icon on the left side menu:

  2. Select the time frame and restaurants to view in the top left of the dashboard:

  3. Within the table, scroll left to view all metrics for the restaurants you've chosen:
    Sales

    • Gross ($)

    COGS

    • Budget ($)

    Labor

    • Target (%)

    • Scheduled (%)

    • Budget ($)

    • Scheduled ($)

    • Variance from Budget ($)

    Sales Per Labor Hour (SPLH)

    • Target

    • Scheduled

    Prime Profit

    • Scheduled ($)

    • Budget ($)

    • Variance from Budget ($)

How do I customize the columns in the Performance Center?

Toggle on and off certain columns with the button on the top right of the screen:

How do I set up Performance Center Emails?

Click "Subscribe" in the top right to turn on weekly Performance Center emails:

What does the Comparison screen show?

The Comparison screen shows how your locations have performed over time, comparing both to the previous week and to the past 10 weeks:

Scroll down on the Comparison screen to deep dive into:

  • Controllable costs as a % of gross revenue

  • Gross Sales by Restaurant Last Week, Next Week, Week Before Last ("Prior Week"), 8-Week Average, and for the Same Week Last Year (SWLY)
