Anywhere from within your carrier portal, on the bottom right you will see a yellow circle with a Chat symbol on it.
This will connect you to a LIVE team ready to help you with anything you may need help with.
Clicking on this will bring up an interface where you can see the below options
Home(Articles and how to’s)
Messages(Past message conversations, open a new conversation)
Tickets (monitor any submitted tickets)
If you wish to speak to a live person about an issue please go to messages and open a new chat.
Follow the selections that most closely align with your issue or question and you will be routed to the proper team.
