You can book a hitch in the Schedule tab of your 5F OTR mobile app.
If You Are Not Enabled To Book A Hitch
If the app says you are not enabled to book a bitch, there are a few reasons that you might be able to book a hitch:
You are not set up as a dedicated driver. To be enabled as a dedicated driver, please enter the region that you are requesting to be a dedicated driver for.
You have not completed your 5F CPG Certification (training videos). You will only be able to book a hitch once you have watched all the training videos and completed all the quizzes
If You Don't See the Days/Times that You Want
The slots for booking hitch days and shift start times are limited by the driver demand that we will need based on the volume of loads. This is done to ensure that we don't have too many drivers on shift at once so that every driver has enough loads to run.
