π« If You Are Not Enabled to Book a Hitch
1οΈβ£ Go to: Menu > Support > Scheduling > Book a Shift > Why Canβt I Book Shifts?
You may be unable to book a hitch due to one of the following reasons:
β Not set up as a dedicated driver: Submit a request for your preferred region.
π Incomplete 5F CPG Certification: Ensure you've watched all training videos and completed quizzes. Go to: Menu > Support > Rewards > Training Videos.
β³ On Probation: You may not be eligible until probation is complete.
π If Your Preferred Days/Times Are Unavailable
π Hitch slots are limited based on driver demand and load volume to ensure all drivers have enough loads.
π Contact your Regional Area Manager for assistance with being added to a hitch.
