If your uploaded Bill of Lading is being rejected or if you're having issues getting the correct documentation from the shipper, we're here to help!

CHEP Bill of Lading Requirements:

  • The Bill of Lading # on the CHEP provided BOL should match the customer load number found in the basics of your load in the carrier portal.

  • If for whatever reason, the Bill of Lading # does not match or is not found on the BOL, you will need to hand write the customer load number on the BOL before uploading it into 5F.

  • If you aren't able to obtain a BOL for the load you ran, Vorto provides a blank template that you can fill in with all of the relevant load information to upload into 5F. (PDF file attached at the bottom of this article)

Blue Triton Bill of Lading Requirements:

  • Blue Triton BOLs MUST have a stamp from the receiver facility. The stamp should also be signed by the same receiver that provided the stamp.

  • Blue Triton will not accept BOLs that do not have a signed stamp. Because of this, your document will be rejected if it does not have a signed stamp.

  • The ONLY facility for Blue Triton that will not give a stamp is Gelsons in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Nucor Bill of Lading Requirements:

  • The Customer PO # printed on the BOL should match the PO # found in the details of the drop-off stop in 5F. The Customer PO # on Nucor BOLs are found in the product description of the BOL. These BOLs also need to be signed by the driver and the receiver.

G3 Bill of Lading Requirements:

  • All G3 BOLs need to have a receiver signature. If the BOL does not have a signature it will be rejected.

  • For G3 loads picking up or dropping off at a PSC facility, the BOLs must contain a Pickup and Trip number. The Pickup number will be shown as โ€œPUโ€ in the stop details and will end in the Tip number.

If you are still unsure about the Bill of Lading you need to provide for your load, please reach out to your Area Manager or start a chat with our Customer Service team.
