🏠 Home > 📊 Trailer Dashboard > ❓ Need Help Dropping Off Empties > 📍 Select a Facility → ✅ Stop will be added.

Drop an empty trailer and hook a loaded one.
✅ Check stop details in the app for the correct trailer number.
⚠ Facility Won’t Allow a Drop or Live Load?
If a facility requires live loading/unloading instead of a drop (or vice versa), follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to: Menu > Support > Your Current Load > Issues with Pickup/Dropoff
2️⃣ Select: "Change Stop Type"
3️⃣ Enter:
The name of the facility contact who requested the change
(Optional) Email address for verification
4️⃣ Confirm the change
