Doing a five-minute challenge every day (or a few times a week) to improve your skills: it sounds like something trivial, but is also something you could forget. All 5miles members receive a challenge in their mailbox whenever they want, but this mail is sometimes missed. That is why we made it possible to import your personal challenge-schedule to your calendar. This functions as an extra reminder of your daily moment of learning.

Want to know how to adjust your challenge-schedule? Then read this article.

How does it work?

Downloading your challenge-schedule is very easy:

1. Click on your profile in the right corner of the tool and go to Mail preferences

2. Check your challenge schedule to see if the days and hours are set to the times you like to learn

3. Click on the orange link and download the โ€œ5miles_calendar.icsโ€-file

4. Double-click on the file or import the file in your e-mail (for example, Outlook) and follow the listed steps

Once you have downloaded and imported your challenge schedule, there will be a reminder in your calendar for each day you receive a challenge. These reminders contain a link to your personal challenge for that day. Your daily moment of learning is now in your calendar and blocks a bit of your time which makes creating a habit of bite-sized learning much easier!

We hope this gives you an extra push to improve your skills daily (or a few times a week).
