You can easily process returns and exchanges for orders from our online store yourself via our returns portal.

You can register a return or exchange there. Exchanges are made using store credit, which you can use to easily order your exchange goods yourself.

Please note that we can only accept goods in unused condition for return. If your bottle has already been filled, drunk from or a seal has been removed, it is considered used. In this case, please contact our customer support and do not return used goods.

Why can used goods not be returned?

If you have received the wrong or faulty goods, or if you think that your goods are defective, please contact customer support. The problem can usually be solved quickly with a simple adjustment or a replacement part. We will be happy to help you 🙂
