The CEA, or Council of Estate Agencies is a statutory board established on 22 October 2010 to administer a new regulatory framework for the Singapore real estate industry.

All Real Estate persons will have a CEA registered license number. If you are unsure about the status of your agent, you may visit https://www.cea.gov.sg/public-register with either one of the details below;

  • Name of agent

  • Agent’s contact

  • Agent’s CEA registration number

On top of that, via the same page, you will also be able to check information such as agent's past track records.

It is our due diligence to check and counter check, to protect ourselves and our loved ones! ☺️
