The room is well lit - use flash and ambient lighting, open all the blinds and turn on lights.
Declutter where possible.
Keep the camera straight - a tripod can be of great help!
Align two corners of the room. Standing in one corner of a room, so you can capture the other three, will enable you to get the widest perspective.
Use different heights depending on the room. Tips: Kitchens are best to shoot from chest height due to the number of cupboards and benches. Most photos should be shot at eye level as this is how buyers will walk through the property and the photos will match their sight in real life.
For videos, only those representing the actual unit can be used. Videos on gala dinners, award ceremonies will be rejected.
Consumers are more likely to click into your listing if the cover photo (living room) is attractive! Some good examples of must see listing photos:
