Who is eligible to create Must See Listings?

How many Must See listings can I put up?

As many as your package/credits allows you to.

Can I share the package with my partner/spouse/friend?

Each package is assigned on a per agent basis. Sharing is not possible.

Can I transfer my Must See free weeks to my partner/husband/colleague?

No

Can I purchase a Must See package?

There is no standalone Must See package. Should you have run out of the free weeks, you can still create Must See listings using your credits.

Can I place my Commercial/Industrial listing for Must See/Verified?

Not at the moment, you can only create Must See listings for residential properties only.

Can I create New Launches as Must See listings?

No you will not be able to.

Can I close my Must See/Verified listing without informing 99?

Yes you can. If a property is sold or rented, we require agents to remove listings immediately.

What if another agent is also listing the same listing and it is a Must See? Will such a scenario happen?

Yes. If another agent has already created a Must See listing for the same unit, you will not be able to create on your end, and you will be prompted during your listing creation.

I have one free week left, and had placed my listing as Must See Recurring. I’ve forgotten about it, and now it has continued and deducted my credits for another week. Can I get a refund?

No refunds will be issued.

I put up my listing as Must See, and managed to sell/rent the unit after 4days. Can I get a refund for the other 3days?

No refunds will be issued.

Can I still create Must See listings after I run out of my free weeks?

Yes, for as long as you have enough credits
