Here, you can refer to the step-by-step on how to update your mobile number on both SRX Website and the SRX app.
Note: Agents/users can only update their mobile number, and not the email address. Should you be using a different email, do reach out to us at support@99.co, and we will assist to update on behalf!
On the SRX webpage (https://www.srx.com.sg/);
Log in to your SRX account on the SRX webpage
Move your mouse to click on your profile icon on the top right
Click on My Account
Click on Edit
And you may key in your updated mobile number
Lastly, just click on Save and your mobile number will be updated :)
On the SRX app;
Log in to your SRX agent account
On the Home page, tap on the 3 lines on the bottom right of the screen
Next, tap on your profile at the top of the page
Then, select Edit
Lastly, enter your updated mobile number and select Update
And that's it! :)
