Updating contact details on SRX

Where can we update mobile number on SRX?

Here, you can refer to the step-by-step on how to update your mobile number on both SRX Website and the SRX app.

Note: Agents/users can only update their mobile number, and not the email address. Should you be using a different email, do reach out to us at support@99.co, and we will assist to update on behalf!


On the SRX webpage (https://www.srx.com.sg/);

  • Log in to your SRX account on the SRX webpage

  • Move your mouse to click on your profile icon on the top right

  • Click on My Account

  • Click on Edit

  • And you may key in your updated mobile number

  • Lastly, just click on Save and your mobile number will be updated :)


On the SRX app;

  • Log in to your SRX agent account

  • On the Home page, tap on the 3 lines on the bottom right of the screen

  • Next, tap on your profile at the top of the page

  • Then, select Edit

  • Lastly, enter your updated mobile number and select Update

And that's it! :)
