What is Home Report and what does it include?
The Home Report is a full detailed report of a unit which consists of;
Property Summary Sheet (X-value, Level Pricing, Estate Transactions, Comparing nearby estates.)
Basic Information of the property (Category, Location, Built, Unit Size, etc)
Project Site Map
Pricing to Buy or Sell
Sale/Rental listings in the area and other comparable estates
Here's where subscribed agents may export the Home Report on our portals in less than 5 steps :)
99.co app:
Log in to your 99.co agent account on the 99.co mobile app
Tap on Home
Under Agent Tools, select Home Reports
Enter the address or postal code
Select the address from the list of options
Enter the configurations - Category, Unit number, and Floor area
If you do not have the floor area, you may tap on 'Get size' and it will auto-populate the size
Select Get report
SRX Advisor app:
Log in to your SRX agent account on the SRX Advisor app
On the home page, tap on the X icon at the bottom of the screen
Then, select the paper icon on the left
Tap on the search bar
Enter the address or postal code
Select the address from the list of options
Enter the information - Property type, Unit number, Floor size
If you do not have the size, tap on 'Get Size' to have it auto-populated for you
And finally, select Get Home Report
The home report should take a while to generate
Once loaded, you should be able to download it
SRX Webpage:
Log in to your SRX agent account on the SRX Webpage https://www.srx.com.sg/
On the Home Page, click on the 3 lines at the top left corner
Under Find Agents, select Agent Login
Click on Home Report
Click to select the fields in red asterisks, from step 1-3
Step 4 is a basic customisation, which is optional
Lastly, before generating the report, do ensure to select the two check boxes
Click Generate Report
The report should take awhile to generate and send to your email address
Do also check your spam/junk mail for the Home Report
