What Is the Student Pass?
A Student Pass is equivalent to the General Admission Ticket, but gives approved applicants access to the full conference experience—completely FREE.

How Does It Work?
The process is simple but requires a few key steps to ensure your application is successfully reviewed. Here’s what you need to know:
Application Process
All students must apply for the Student Pass. Applications are now open and will be reviewed weekly beginning June 2nd, 2025.
Review Timeline
Applications are reviewed on a rolling weekly basis.
Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive a notification via email with the status of your application.
Important Application Requirements
To avoid delays, ensure your application is complete:
Answer all questions in the application form.
Blank applications will not be reviewed, so double-check before submitting!
What’s Next?
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and closer to the event, you'll receive the official Student Pass QR code for on-sire Registration.
⚠️ Reminder: Check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find your confirmation or QR code before reaching out for support.
Important:
Proof of Enrollment is required at on-site registration to receive your official conference wristband, which grants access to both days and re-entry, in addition to the QR code.
Bring one of the following to registration:
A valid Student ID from your university/institution, or
An Official Enrollment Letter from the current semester
Wristbands are non-adjustable and must be worn each day of the event.
🚨No proof? You’ll need to pay the price difference for a General Admission ticket to attend.
