How to Fund USD Wallet With Bitcoin and Stablecoins.

A step by step guide on how to fund your USD wallet using alternative options.

The USD wallet is the primary wallet on the Bitnob app. This is because the USD wallet is used is to perform almost all the basic functions on the app such as buy BTC, fund virtual cards, fund savings plans, send and store stable coins etc. However, funding the USD wallet using the deposit option on the app has proved to be a hassle especially for users who are not in our 4 main countries of operation. This article seeks to enlighten users on alternative ways to fund their USD wallet. You can fund your USD wallet using two other alternative means than traditional funding:

  • Receive and Sell Bitcoin

  • Receiving USDT and USDC

To fund your USD wallet by receiving and selling Bitcoin, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Sign into your Bitnob account.

  • On your Homepage, click Actions

  • Click on Accounts.

  • Scroll left to BTC wallet.

  • Click on receive BTC, copy wallet address and send to sender.

  • Upon receipt of your BTC wallet, click sell BTC under your BTC wallet.

  • Type in the amount of BTC you want to sell and click continue.

  • Type in the transaction note, then click next.

  • Click complete BTC sale and voila your BTC sale has been completed.

  • Upon the successful processing of the sale, the proceeds would be sent to your USD wallet.

Congratulations, you have just funded your wallet by receiving and selling BTC.

To fund your USD wallet by receiving Stablecoins, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Sign into your Bitnob account.

  • On your Homepage, click Actions the click on Accounts.

  • On you USD wallet page, click Receive.

  • Select the stablecoin you would like to receive.

  • Select your preferred network which is Tron.

  • Scan or copy the address of your preferred stablecoin or click share.

  • Upon successful processing your stablecoins would be settled in your wallet.
