What if I didn't receive my card?

We currently only deliver the Blackthorn card to UK residents only.

Once you order the card from the App, it is sent by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, and it should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Your card will be in a plain windowed envelope with no Blackthorn branding – this is for security reasons.

If it has been more than 7-10 days and you still have not received your card, please contact our Support Team via our Intercom Live Chat from the App or email help@blackthorn.finance. You will need to confirm your postal address.

We can only send a new card to your registered address for security purposes.
