You should first confirm you are using the correct PIN. You can retrieve your PIN in App:
Tap the Card tab
Select Show PIN
A 6-digit code will be sent to your phone, and you will need to enter this in App for security reasons
Once entered, your PIN will be shown
You can always reset your PIN tries and unblock your PIN in App by clicking on Unblock PIN in the Card tab.
