Apricot Results Reporting (ARR) Overview

Updated over a week ago

Apricot Results Reporting (ARR) is a reporting tool similar to Apricot's Report Builder in that its purpose is to visualize your organization's progress and demonstrate your programs' impact within a custom report. ARR, however, is more robust in its potential for working with your data and is only available for Apricot Enterprise (360) organizations.

Note: Sandbox sites can also have Apricot Results Reporting enabled, but reports are not synced between the live database and sandbox database.

Once a form has been enabled for ARR, administrators can create a query based on its reporting "universe," or data source, which includes its fields and system data that translate to a table once the query is run. These objects, or data points, can then be used in formulas and filters to manipulate what data is calculated or displayed in a report. You can create multiple queries and report tabs to organize data from various forms within tables in a single report.

Administrators can access ARR in the Administrator tab by expanding the Report Center category of the navigation bar and selecting Apricot Results Reporting. This will open the Apricot Results Reporting Dashboard. Existing reports are saved in Folders within the Reporting Dashboard, and new custom reports are created from the Web Intelligence application here.

Note: ARR utilizes SAP Business Objects BI Platform 4.3 Web Intelligence (version 14.3.1.3910.6). While our help center offers beginner Results support, we highly recommend utilizing the SAP Knowledge Base from within ARR for more detailed documentation on Results' functions and features. It can be accessed within the Reporting Dashboard in the Help Menu.

We encourage Administrators to contact Support with questions regarding our Results help articles or if you encounter specific errors while building your report. However, Support cannot provide consultation, trainings, or build reports for you. These requests can be directed to the Account Management team here.
