What's changing
In March 2026, Apricot help articles will move to a new home. After the transition, help articles currently accessed through Intercom will no longer be available, and existing Intercom links will stop working.
If you've bookmarked any help articles or saved Intercom links, you'll need to update those bookmarks once the new Help Center is live.

The move brings Apricot help content, training, and events together in one place — so it's easier to find what you need, when you need it.
