Add to Project: Drag your uploaded image onto your box design.
Resize: Adjust the image size by dragging a corner or using the zoom tool.
Crop: Easily crop by dragging the green squares on the image's edges.
Pro Tip: Uploaded the wrong file? No problem—just click on the image and hit the trashcan icon to delete it.
Crease & Cut Lines
When designing, you'll see blue and red lines on your template. These show where your box will be cut and folded:
Keep your design elements at least 1/8” (.125”) away from the blue cut lines to avoid anything getting trimmed off during normal shifting during the production process.
Keep your artwork at least 1/8” (.125”) from the red fold lines to ensure it doesn’t end up on a crease during normal shifting during the production process.
Image Resolution
For the best results, aim for an image resolution between 225 to 300 DPI. This ensures your images print crisp and clear.
Scale & Clarity Indicators
The designer uses intelligence to look at the scale of the image uploaded compared to the size rendered on the box.
Frowny face: this indicates a heightened level of image distortion on the canvas. Your image might be too stretched—consider resizing.
Neutral face: this indicates a level of image distortion on the canvas. You may want to tweak the size.
Happy face: this indicates no perceived image distortion on the canvas.
Adjust your images as needed based on this scale. In general, if the image appears clear and with a quality of high fidelity to you it should print as such on your box.
Fuzzy or Pixelated Images
If an image appears fuzzy, make the image smaller on the canvas by dragging one of the green boxes in the corners of the image until the image is of acceptable quality.
If the image is too small for your needs you might revisit the original design and save the desired image to the optimal DPI (225 to 300). Resolution will be reduced by scaling the image up but improved by reducing the final size.
