We work with reputable developers and we put strict measures in place. However, our co-ownership model is structured in a way that whether the property is delivered on the set date or later date, it won’t affect you from migrating your shares to sole-ownership when you’ve met the requirements, nor will it stop a buy-back when you want a cash exit.
