Update POS data

How to ensure your app has the most up-to-date data from admin

C-Trax downloads data to the app to support offline cash transactions and ensure speed. An unfortunate side effect of this is you must tell your app when to download any changes made in Admin.

There are two ways to do this.

Force Close C-Trax Serv

  • Double tap the home button on your iPad

  • Swipe C-Trax Serv off your screen

  • Relaunch C-Trax

Re-initialize POS Data

  • Open your settings, select other and select re-initialize POS data
