Withdrawing from CUSP Wealth only takes a few steps in the app.
To a linked bank account:
If you already deposited using a local bank transfer, your bank account will be automatically linked and available in your withdrawal bank list.
Open the CUSP app and go to the main screen, and tap "Withdraw".
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Review the details
Confirm the bank account your funds will be sent to
Slide to confirm your withdrawal.
Adding and connecting a new bank account
Add bank account manually:
Tap "Withdraw".
Select "Add Account Manually".
Enter:
Account Holder Name
Bank Country
IBAN
Add account details
Once the account is added, you will be able to withdraw to that bank for future withdrawals.
Connect Local (UAE) bank:
Tap "Withdraw".
Select "Connect local bank".
Select your bank from the list. A secure login screen from your bank will appear; log in as you normally would.
Your bank will ask you to authorise a new bank login request. Approve the request to complete the connection.
⚠️ Important: The bank account must be registered under your name and match your CUSP Wealth account details. Withdrawals cannot be sent to third-party accounts.
Tracking Your Withdrawal
Go to the History section of the app to see the status of your transaction.
You can view whether it’s pending, completed, or failed.
