Withdrawing Your Funds
Withdrawing from CUSP is simple and only takes a few steps in the app:
Open the CUSP app and go to the main screen.
Tap Withdraw.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
The minimum withdrawal is $50.
Review the details.
Check the withdrawal fee ($5 flat fee).
Confirm the bank account your funds will be sent to (must be the same account you used for deposits).
Slide to confirm your withdrawal.
Processing Time
Most withdrawals arrive in your bank account within 1–2 business days.
You’ll see a confirmation in the app right after submitting your request.
Funds Not Showing for Withdrawal
Check if your funds are invested in stocks, ETFs, or CUSP Personalised portfolio
Sell your investments
Wait for the funds to move to your available cash balance
Note: The cooling-off period may take up to 48 hours for the funds to become available for withdrawal.
Fees
Each withdrawal has a flat $5 fee.
This fee is shown clearly before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
Tracking Your Withdrawal
Go to the History section of the app to see the status of your transaction.
You can view whether it’s pending, completed, or failed.
Helpful Tips
Make sure your linked bank account is active and correct before withdrawing.
Plan if you need funds by a certain date — allow 1–2 business days for processing.
