How long do withdrawals take to process?

This article explains how long it usually takes for your CUSP withdrawal to reach your bank account and what can affect the timeline.

Withdrawal Processing Time

At CUSP, withdrawals are simple, transparent, and secure. You can access your funds anytime — we’ll process your request quickly and keep you informed every step of the way.

Standard Processing Time

Most withdrawals are completed within 1–2 business days.

To withdraw your funds:

  1. Confirm your withdrawal in the app.

  2. You’ll see a confirmation message once it’s submitted.

  3. Your funds will be transferred to the same bank account used for deposits.*

  4. For most users, the money arrives quickly — often the next working day.

When It Might Take Longer

In some situations, withdrawals may take a little more time:

  • First-time withdrawals: These may require an extra security check to protect your account.

  • Very large withdrawals: Our compliance team may review the transaction before releasing it.

  • Bank-related delays: Processing may be slower if your withdrawal falls on a weekend, public holiday, or if your bank has additional internal checks.

How to Track Your Withdrawal

You can easily check the status of your withdrawal in the app:

  1. Open the History section.

  2. Look for your withdrawal — it will be marked as Pending or Completed.

  3. Tap the transaction to view the details, including the amount and date.

Helpful Tip

Withdrawals aren’t processed on weekends or public holidays. If you need funds by a specific date, it’s best to request your withdrawal a couple of days in advance.

*Withdrawal fee applies (see our Fees Schedule for details).
