Where to find your trading activity
Open the CUSP app.
Tap History from your main dashboard.
Use the tabs at the top to switch between:
Orders → all buy and sell actions you’ve made.
Transactions → deposits, withdrawals, and fee records.
Tailored Portfolio → automated trades made within your managed portfolio.
Each section gives you a full, real-time view of your investment activity — so you always know what’s happening.
Understanding your order statuses
When you place an order, its status will update automatically in the app:
Pending: Your order is placed but hasn’t executed yet — often because it’s outside trading hours or waiting for a specific price.
Completed: Your order has been processed successfully and reflected in your portfolio.
Cancelled: You chose to cancel it, or it expired because your conditions weren’t met.
Rejected: The order couldn’t be placed; you’ll see the reason so you can adjust and try again.
You don’t need to take any extra action — we’ll notify you as soon as your order’s status changes.
Checking other activities
Transactions show all your money movements, such as deposits and withdrawals.
Tailored Portfolio shows automated buy/sell updates managed by CUSP according to your chosen strategy.
Every action, whether manual or automatic, appears here for full transparency.
