Can I get a refund for fees I’ve paid?

This article explains whether fees charged on CUSP (such as withdrawals or portfolio fees) are refundable.

Updated over 2 months ago

At CUSP, transparency is one of our core values. We make sure every fee is clearly shown before you confirm any transaction — no hidden charges, no surprises.

In general, fees on CUSP are non-refundable once they’ve been charged.
This applies to:

  • The $5 withdrawal fee

  • Tailored Portfolio management fees (if you choose to opt in)

These charges cover the cost of processing and services already provided.

If you ever believe a fee has been applied in error, please contact our support team directly through the in-app chat.
Share the transaction details — and screenshots if available — so our team can review your case and confirm whether an adjustment is needed.

CUSP is committed to fairness and clarity.
You’ll always see applicable fees before confirming a transaction, and you’ll only pay for the services you actively choose to use.
