If you send money to a store, they'll need to go to the store you chose, at the earliest 30 minutes after you send the money.

They will have to show a valid government-issued ID for verification, and the exact same transfer number provided to you in the app. They will also be notified of the transfer number via a notification on their phone.

The government-issued ID can be a driver’s license, passport, or INE. If your recipient is not from the country in which they are receiving the money, they have to use their passport (and not a temporary residence ID).

Make sure the name you enter when transferring money is an exact match to their government-issued ID, otherwise your recipient may not be able to pick up the money.

If you send money to a bank account, the money will be reflected immediately into their account. You will need to input the CLABE of your recipient’s bank account, their full name and address. Make sure you triple check that the CLABE is correct for a smooth transaction.
