What is the limit of the amount of money I can send abroad?

The amount you can send depends on the bank or store you choose, and also on the funding method that you use.

Note: Some stores or banks may have lower limits. You will always see the exact limit in your app before sending.


💳 If you send using your Común debit account

  • $2,999 per transaction

  • $2,999 per day

  • $4,999 in a 7 days period

  • $9,999 in a 30 day period

💳 If you send using an external debit card (Pay)

  • $500 per transaction

  • $500 per day

  • $2,500 per week

  • $5,000 per month

These limits keep transfers safe and help us follow financial regulations.


🏦 Examples of bank limits in Mexico

  • BBVA: $2,999

  • Santander: $2,999

  • Banco Azteca: $2,999

  • BanCoppel: $2,950

  • Banorte: $2,800

Many banks also allow cash pickup, often with higher limits.

  • Elektra: $2,700

  • Soriana: $1,500

  • Bodega Aurrera: $900

  • Farmacias del Ahorro: $200
