Agent Time Status Report

The Agent Time Status Report brings together all of the time-related metrics for an agent's activity into a single report. This report can give you a better comparison tool of how an agent's time is being spent as compared to other agents.

Active Time = Total time on the system
Wait Time = Time the agent waits for a call
Talk Time = Time the agent talks to a customer or is in dead state
Wrapup Time = Time the agent uses at the disposition screen (where the agent picks NI, SALE etc).
Pause Time = Time the agent is in pause mode
Dead Time = Time the agent is in a call after the customer has hung up

Total logged in time = first event - last event
Active time = talk + wait + wrapup + dead
