To generate a Sales Report based on Call Direction, following the steps below from your main dashboard area:
Go to Contact Center
Contact/Call List
Select the Start and End Date
Enter the status Sale under Contact Status field
Depending on the desired results, enter applicable filters such as Users, Phone Number, Campaign, List, etc.
Select the Call Direction from the dropdown menu: Inbound or Outbound (don't select if you want to pull the report for both directions)
Click Filter
Enter a Report Label
Click Download as CSV
Once finished, the downloaded file will appear on the right side of the page under the Report Box section. Click Download once the data completed processing.
