How to pull a Sales Report from Inbound or Outbound calls

Filter the direction of the calls and download the right reports

To generate a Sales Report based on Call Direction, following the steps below from your main dashboard area:

  1. Go to Contact Center

  2. Contact/Call List

  3. Select the Start and End Date

  4. Enter the status Sale under Contact Status field

  5. Depending on the desired results, enter applicable filters such as Users, Phone Number, Campaign, List, etc.

  6. Select the Call Direction from the dropdown menu: Inbound or Outbound (don't select if you want to pull the report for both directions)

  7. Click Filter

  8. Enter a Report Label 

  9. Click Download as CSV

Once finished, the downloaded file will appear on the right side of the page under the Report Box section. Click Download once the data completed processing.
