How to change the dial level

Increase or decrease the amount of calls your agents receive

The Dial level is the speed at which the dialer will make calls from a given campaign. By using the dial level, you can manage how many calls the dialer makes per agents which it's directly impacting the call flow. When the wait time is high, we recommend increasing the dial level to reduce the wait time when more agents are logged in.

To change the Dial Level, follow the steps:

  1. Go to Dialing 

  2. Dialing Strategy 

  3. Select the campaign

  4. Increase or decrease the level by dragging the slider

  5. Save Configuration
