How to change your statuses into dialable or non-dialable

Learn which are the dialable or non-dialable statuses on each campaign

To be able to add or remove dialable statuses (dispositions), follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Campaign List

  3. Use the search box to find the campaign

  4. Select

  5. General Settings

  6. Scroll down to Dialable statuses

  7. Add/remove the status(es) that you want to be dialed again

  8. Save Changes

Please note that only the statuses/dispositions that are added in the Dialable Statuses section from the General Settings of a campaign will be called again by the dialer.
