How to set up a Caller ID

Take control over what number is shown when calling outbound

Campaigns that don't have a default Caller ID will not be started until one is set. To set it up, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Campaign List

  3. Use the search box to find the campaign

  4. Select

  5. Caller ID

  6. Default Caller ID - select the DID of your choice from the drop-down menu

  7. Save Changes
