How to add/change recordings on Voice Broadcasting campaigns

To be able to add/change recordings/audio files on Voice Broadcasting campaigns (Press 1), follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Campaign List

  3. Use the search box to find the appropriate campaign

  4. Click Select

  5. Go to Voice Broadcasting

  6. Go to Message Audio and select the new audio file (recording) from the drop-down menu

  7. Click Save Changes

Listen to the new recording and adjust the interested and not interested digits, add additional digit if needed.

Interested digit: when this digit is pressed, calls will be directed to the agents

Not Interested digit: when this digit is pressed, calls are closed and call status (disposition) is set to given not interested status

Additional digit: when this digit is pressed, lead is set to given status and call is continued or hanged up depending on the appropriate setting.

Example:

The press 1 recording says to press 1 to get in touch with a representative, press 3 for spanish, press 2 to be added to Do Not Call list (DNC).

The setting of the digit should be set as follows:

  • Press 1 = Interested digit

  • Press 2 = Not Interested digit with DNC not interested status

  • Press 3 = Additional digit
