How to reset lists your lists and start dialing again

Stay on top of your call flow by resetting the lists

Resetting lists will refresh and reflect the remaining number of dialable leads. As they are dialed, the number will gradually decrease until 0/NA with each reset.

To be able to reset lists, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Dialing

  2. Dialing Strategy

  3. Select the right campaign from the of the page

  4. On the List Configuration will appear all the lists from the selected campaign

  5. Toggle Green - Reset button for the list you need

  6. Save ConfigurationĀ
