Resetting lists will refresh and reflect the remaining number of dialable leads. As they are dialed, the number will gradually decrease until 0/NA with each reset.
To be able to reset lists, follow the steps from your main dashboard:
Go to Dialing
Dialing Strategy
Select the right campaign from the of the page
On the List Configuration will appear all the lists from the selected campaign
Toggle Green - Reset button for the list you need
