  • Find quick call recordings by phone number

  • Get call recordings by using multiple filters

  • Listen and download call recordings

There are two ways to check your recordings. The first method is to go to Contact Center > Find Recording - you will be able to listen and download recordings filtered by phone numbers. The second method  is to go to Contact Center > Contact/Call List and apply different filters such as business name, lead name, agent that took the call, dates etc which will help you find the call.

📌 Find call recordings by phone number

Go to Contact Center > Find Recording

  • Add the phone number

  • Filter

📌 Get call recordings by using multiple filters

Go to Contact Center > Contact/Call List

To narrow down the search you can filter a particular timeframe; by default the system will add today´s date. If you have the phone number, you can input it into the Phone Number fields and click Filter. The results will show on the bottom page.

If you wish to search by the user that took the call, status, campaign, lists and even the call direction (inbound or outbound) and inbound group, make sure you use the correct fields by click More Filters. Once filtered, the results will always show on the bottom page.

✔️Example below:

I want to pull all calls between May 1st to May 29th 2019 made by Agent6 on campaign 22000.

Once filtered, the results are displayed on the bottom page:
