How to create a state or time restriction for your campaigns

Allow or block states from being called based on their timezone

To be able to allow or block states, follow the steps from your main dashboard:

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. State/Time Restrictions

  3. Create

  4. Add a name

  5. Create Restriction

Allow or block all states to be dialed in a specific timeframe:

  1. Allow Communication

  2. Edit

  3. Toggle ON/OFF as desired

  4. Start time (military time)

  5. End time (military time)

  6. Edit Rule

Allow or block communication within a timeframe or not of certain states from the right side of the screen.

Once the State/Time Restrictions are created, you will need to add it on the right campaign by following the steps:

  1. Campaigns

  2. Campaign List

  3. use the search box to find the right campaign 

  4. Edit

  5. Scroll to State/Time Restriction 

  6. Select the right rule from the drop-down menu

  7. Save Changes
